Meditation

Meditation is a wonderful tool for calming the mind, connecting with ourselves and our higher selves, and escaping for a while from our often too-fast, too-noisy and too-stressful lives.

It brings peace, harmony and balance to our lives – a little letting go.

Over time, it improves our sleep, which is our fountain of recuperation and rejuvenation. It’s a way of anchoring and connecting ourselves to the essence of life – to ourselves – to our life force.

The time spent practicing is for us alone, and, with time, it can heighten our awareness.
